Shipping Times:

Please allow 5-7 business days for me to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM ET will be processed on the next business day. We typically ship via Canada Post or Fedex and do not ship on U.S./Canadian holidays.

Once processed, orders shipped within Canada typically arrive within 5-8 business days. International orders outside of Canada typically arrive within 14 business days.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. Jen’s Fine Art cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

Free Shipping Information:

Within Canada: I ship using Canada Post Expedited Parcel (2-8 business days)

U.S. Orders: I ship using Tracked Packet USA (5-13 business days) or Fedex Ground (7-10 business days)

International Orders: I ship using International Tracked Parcel Air (7-10 business days)

Customs and Import Taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original order date.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
